Learn about our manufacturing process

At NELS we work in detail and create with you from the beginning. We have a product development department that is responsible for designing products tailored to each customer, always with a thorough monitoring throughout the process. Our strong point is the DURABILITY and QUALITY of our garments.

We offer a complete and personalized service from the detection of needs to the delivery of the product. The personal protective equipment we manufacture has the corresponding technical certifications to adapt to the tasks of the professional sector for which they have been designed.

Detection of needs
Advice on the production of garments, from aesthetic needs (such as design and color) to ergonomic features, breathability, etc., as well as the regulations they must comply with.

Product development and design
Search and selection of technical fabrics, accessories and an endless number of fully customizable features, to find the product that best suits the customer's needs.

Sample production
In our Prototype Development Center (PDC) we produce a sample with the colors and materials chosen by the customer, which is viable and safe, to achieve a quality product.

Presentation of the prototype
A visit is arranged with the customer to proceed with the presentation of the prototype for its further development in the production phase.

Presentation of the prototype
In the event of having to make any modifications to the initial prototypes, an exhaustive control is carried out.

Order production
Once the design is approved, the workers' measurements are taken to adapt them to the size and the necessary quantities are produced.

Quality controls are carried out in all manufacturing processes and also in the final preparation of the articles for distribution.

Product development laboratory

We have a TECHNICAL OFFICE and OWN LABORATORY that guarantees the quality of our products and the raw materials we use. Our team checks the colorimetry, impermeability, mechanical and structural behavior, durability and resistance of materials and finished garments. Externally, we work with European accredited textile laboratories that certify our apparel equipment and verify that our products meet the most stringent certification norms and standards.

Product development center

At the CDP (Prototype Development Center), activities related to the early stages of product design and development are carried out, as well as the feasibility, production, problems and solutions for each garment. The garments we create with our customers take shape in this center. Working models and preliminary versions of each garment are developed until the perfect product is achieved.

To this end, improvements are implemented both in the processes of obtaining the raw materials used and developing fabrics, as well as in the finished product itself. As a result, significant improvements in the performance of conventional garments are achieved.
