At NELS We have a product development department that is in charge of designing customized products for each customer, always with an exhaustive follow-up throughout the process.

1// It begins DETECTING NEEDS We also provide advice on everything necessary for the future production of the garments. From the most aesthetic needs (such as design and color) to ergonomics, breathability, cold ... and also in terms of regulations that the garments must meet.

2// The design team DEVELOPS THE PRODUCT according to specific customer specifications. The search and selection of technical fabrics and accessories is carried out, such as: flame retardant fabrics, bi-elastic, reflective band (continuous or discontinuous), single or two-color garments, corporate colors, pants with button or hidden hook, bellows pockets, plaston... and an endless number of fully customizable features, until the product that best suits the customer's needs is found.

3// SAMPLE PRODUCTION with the colors and materials chosen by the customer. All samples are developed in our CDP (prototype development center). In this center the processes of feasibility, production, problems and solutions of each of the garments are carried out, until the perfect product is achieved. It achieves greater efficiency and productivity of the design and production processes (virtual and physical) and helps to improve product launches. Processes become shorter and of higher quality.

4/// PRESENTATION OF THE PROTOTYPEOnce the product has left the PDC, a visit with the customer is convened to proceed with its presentation and development.

5// In case any modifications should be made to the initial prototypes, the following is carried out CHANGE CONTROL.

6// Once the client has a clear design we would take the measurements of the workers in order to adapt them to the size. The customer would give us the quantities and it is at this stage when we would take the measurements. PRODUCES THE ORDER.

7// Controls of fabrics and raw materials are carried out in our own laboratory, working in close collaboration with approved external laboratories. As the products are being manufactured, several tests are carried out in our own laboratory. QUALITY CONTROLS on random garments. The control is carried out in the different processes existing in the factories, and also in the final preparation of the articles for distribution.

8// The process of LOGISTICS we carry out is INTEGRAL because the presentation of garments is made at the customer's request. The orders leave our facilities prepared and personalized (with name, data, size...) for each of the workers of the companies.
